We 💙 love releasing new features and product updates to help you take your membership to the next level, and we want to make sure you never miss a thing.

We’re constantly improving the platform, and our in-app changelog keeps you up to date on everything we’re building.

Our fantastic information panel within your admin area shows you a changelog of our recent releases and fixes!

Accessing the Changelog

Click Changelog at the bottom of the left-side menu in your Admin Area, right above Settings, to view our most recent releases, improvements, and bug fixes.

New Release Notifications

Whenever we add new features or fix bugs, an orange notification badge will appear on the changelog button.

You can't miss it! Check out the latest changes whenever you see the notification.

💡 TIP: Make it a habit to check the changelog regularly to discover new features that could help grow your membership business. Many of our updates come directly from customer feedback!


Submit a Feature Suggestion

We value your ideas and feedback! It's one of the main drivers for us to improve our platform. Your input helps us build features that truly matter to our customers.

Share Your Ideas

Click Changelog at the bottom of the left side menu, and a modal pop-up will appear on the right side.

  1. Click Add Suggestion in the upper-right corner

  2. Write your suggestion

  3. Click Submit Suggestion

ℹ️ INFO: Be sure to be as descriptive with your suggestion as possible. Include why this is an important suggestion to you and how you and other users could benefit. The more details and context you add, the better!

What Happens Next?

Our Product team will review your submission for consideration in future development. Feature development is determined based on several factors:

  • Overall customer interest

  • Complexity and technical feasibility

  • Priority alignment with our product vision

  • Market forces and trends

We might reach out to you to chat about your particular suggestion, so providing detailed context helps us understand your needs better.

Our Product team may reach out to discuss your suggestion, especially if we need more context or want to involve you in beta testing. However, the support team cannot provide status updates on individual feature requests.
