Live Chat helps you connect with your audience in real time during a live stream.
Once the stream ends, you can download the full conversation as a transcript for insights, record-keeping, or moderation review.
đ NOTE: This feature is currently available only for selected stores while it rolls out gradually. If you don't see the option described below, it isn't enabled on your account yet. Our support team is unable to enable this on request at this time, so please bear with us as availability expands.
Requirements
The live stream must have had Live Chat enabled
The stream must have finished
Your account must have this feature enabled
đ NOTE: The stream must have finished after this feature was enabled on your account. Transcripts are not generated retroactively for streams that already finished before then.
Download the Chat Transcript
Navigate to Content > Live Streaming
Select a Finished live stream that had Live Chat enabled
Click Attendees
Next to Export CSV, click Download Chat
âšď¸ INFO: The file downloads immediately, and the transcript is also logged in Settings > Exported Files as a record of the export. This entry is for reference only, and there's no Download button there, so if you need the file again, return to the Attendees page and click Download Chat again.
What's Included
The chat transcript downloads as a CSV file, with one row per chat message or event.

| The user's role in the chat (e.g., member, admin/moderator) |

| Donation amount, if the message was tied to a donation |
