Before canceling your Uscreen account, we encourage you to contact our support team—we’re here to help! Whether you’re encountering challenges or simply exploring your options, we’d love the opportunity to assist you in achieving your goals.


How to Cancel Your Account

The process varies depending on your subscription plan. Follow the instructions below based on your plan type:

For Growth Plans

If you're certain about canceling your subscription, you can do so at any time by following this link:

Important Notes:

  • Processing time: Cancellation requests may take 24-48 hours to process. Once completed, access to your account will be restricted.

  • Yearly Subscriptions: If you’re on a yearly plan under a previous agreement, please contact our billing team (billing@uscreen.tv) to arrange the cancellation. Some agreements may require advance notice to terminate.

For Pro or Plus Plans

If you're subscribed to a Pro or Plus plan, please contact your Customer Success Manager (success@uscreen.tv) before canceling. They will guide you through the process and clarify any obligations related to your specific agreement.

  • Advance Notice: Some agreements may require advance notice to cancel.


What Happens After You Cancel?

15-Day Grace Period: We retain your uploads and account data for 15 days following the cancellation.

  • If you change your mind during this period, we can reinstate your account with all your original data intact.

  • After 15 days, your account and data will be permanently deleted.
