Basic or Growth Customers
If you're certain about canceling your subscription, you have the option to do so at any time. For cancellation, kindly follow this link:
Please be aware that the cancellation process may take between 24-48 hours, after which access to your account will be restricted. If you have an existing yearly subscription under a prior agreement, it's important to contact our billing team for discussions about cancellation. Advance notice might be necessary for terminating such agreements. Reach out to our billing team via billing@uscreen.tv for assistance.
Pro or Plus Customers
For Pro or Plus plan subscribers, it's essential to communicate with your Customer Success Manager before proceeding with cancellation. They will guide you through the process, and an advance notice might be required, especially if there's a specific agreement in place.

As a precaution, we retain your account uploads and data for 15 days post-cancellation. Should you reconsider your decision within this period, we can reinstate your account along with all your data. After those 15 days, your account and data are permanently deleted.
