How to Cancel Your Account
The process varies depending on your subscription plan. Follow the instructions below based on your plan type:
For Growth Plans
If you're certain about canceling your subscription, you can do so at any time by following this link:
Important Notes:
Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. For example, if your next payment is on November 2nd and you cancel on October 15th, your account will remain active until November 2nd.
Yearly Subscriptions: If you’re on a yearly plan under a previous agreement, please contact our billing team (billing@uscreen.tv) to arrange the cancellation. Some agreements may require advance notice to terminate.
For Pro or Plus Plans
If you're subscribed to a Pro or Plus plan, please contact your Customer Success Manager (success@uscreen.tv) before canceling. They will guide you through the process and clarify any obligations related to your specific agreement.

What happens to my account data?
✅ 60-Day Grace Period: We retain your uploads and account data for 60 days following the cancellation.
If you change your mind during this period, we can reinstate your account with all your original data intact.
After 60 days, your account and data will be permanently deleted.
What happens to your subscribers?
If you are utilizing Stripe as your payment gateway, subscriptions managed through Uscreen are fully owned and controlled by Stripe, not Uscreen. This distinction holds significant importance. Here's why this matters:
Even after you cancel your Uscreen account, you retain ownership of your customers, their payment details, and their subscriptions. This ensures your revenue remains in your hands.
Stripe's independent management allows you to continue operating subscriptions as needed. Your business decisions are not locked to Uscreen.
Uscreen doesn't control customer payments or subscriptions—Stripe does. This structure is designed to empower you, not restrict you.
You’ll need to decide whether to keep the subscriptions active or pause or cancel them within your Stripe account.
Pause Subscriptions: In your Billing Settings in Stripe, pause payment collection to temporarily stop all subscription charges.
Cancel Subscriptions: Cancel all active subscriptions from your Stripe account if you intend to shut down your membership entirely.

A Note About Pausing
At this time, we do not offer the ability to pause your Uscreen account subscription for any period of time. If you're unsure about canceling, we recommend reaching out for assistance with exploring other options.

I changed my mind and would like to reactivate my Uscreen account.
Great! We're so glad to hear that! You can reactivate your account by signing into your Account and going to Billing. There you can click on Reactivate to prevent account closure and deletion. If your account was closed more than 60 days ago and you're unable to sign back in, your account might have been deleted. You can create a brand new account to get started again.
