Before going live, you may want to allow customers to preregister for your live event. When putting your live event in preregistration mode, it will make your event visible on your site, allow customers to purchase access to it in advance, and allow them to add your event to their calendar.

To allow preregistration, navigate to Content, then go to Live Events.

Select the live event you want to enable preregistration for, and click Edit. Under the Stream tab, click the Preregistration button.

Click Preregister to confirm.

The event will then appear in your catalog with a countdown clock and a button to confirm attendance.

Confirmed attendees can also Add to Calendar.
