FAQs

Can I download invoices as PDFs?

You can download individual invoices (receipts) as a PDF file by impersonating the member's account and navigating to Purchases > Invoice History.

How do I send an invoice to a customer?

Uscreen automatically sends receipts to customers when a transaction completes. If a customer needs a copy of their invoice, they can view and download it through their account dashboard under Purchases > Invoice History.

How do I track sales by country?

When you export invoices, the CSV file includes location data such as Card Issuer Country, Zip, Country, Region, and City. This information helps you track sales by geographic location for tax reporting and marketing analysis.

Can I see which payment method was used?

Yes, the invoice details show the payment method used for each transaction. For security reasons, only the last four digits of credit cards are visible.

What happens to the invoices of deleted user accounts?

In compliance with GDPR and other governing bodies, our system removes identifying information of deleted users, but the invoices of the deleted users remain intact under a generic name "Deleted User (user ID)".
