If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it on the website.
Password Requirements
Minimum of 8 characters
Maximum of 128 characters
Case sensitive (uppercase and lowercase letters are treated differently)
No restrictions on special characters or spaces
Password Reset Instructions
Step 1: Click on the Sign In button located at the header.
Step 2: Select Sign in with Password.
Step 3: Click the Set new password link.
Step 4: Enter your email address and click Send Instructions.
A confirmation will appear that the reset email has been sent
Step 5: Go to your inbox to find the email and click the Reset password link provided.
Step 6: Enter your new password and click Change Password.
A confirmation message will appear, and you will be automatically redirected to the home page.
ℹ️ INFO: You can now also reset your password via the mobile apps through the Account tab. Select Sign In and follow the same process from Step 2 above.
