Finding & Installing Apps

iOS Devices

  1. Open the App Store

  2. Tap the Search icon and enter the app name

  3. Tap Get or the download icon

Android Devices

  1. Open Google Play Store

  2. Tap the Search icon and enter the app name

  3. Tap Install

Roku

  1. Press the Home button on the remote

  2. Scroll and select Streaming Store

  3. Select Search Channels

  4. Enter the app name

  5. Select the app and press Add App/Channel

📝 NOTE: Some Roku models have the Search option on the Home screen.

Alternatively, you can also log in to your Roku account via their website and install the app from the Streaming Store.

Amazon Fire TV

  1. From the home screen, select the search icon

Clearing Cache & App Data

iOS Devices

iOS doesn't provide direct cache clearing. Instead:

  1. Open the Settings app and navigate to General > iPhone Storage

  2. Find and tap the app

  3. Tap Offload App

Android Devices

  1. Open Settings and tap Apps or Applications

Amazon Fire TV

  5. Choose Clear Data (this will remove login information)

  1. Open the App Store

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right

  2. Navigate to and select the Apps icon
