FAQs

Will clearing the cache delete my downloads?

No. Clearing the cache only removes temporary files. However, clearing app data/storage or reinstalling the app will remove downloaded videos, so these will need to be re-downloaded.

How often should I clear the cache?

Clear the cache whenever you notice performance issues. As a general rule, clearing it once a month helps keep the app and device running smoothly. It's also a good idea to periodically check for app updates if automatic updates aren't enabled on your device.

My app is still having issues after clearing the cache, what next?

Try these steps in order:

  1. Check your internet connection

  2. Restart your device and router

  3. Update the app to the latest version

  4. Verify your device meets the minimum OS requirements

  5. Reinstall the app

Will I lose my subscription if I uninstall the app?

No. Your subscription is linked to your account, not the app. Reinstall and simply log back in to restore full access.

Why can't I find the app on my device?

Your device may not meet the minimum requirements. Check for a device software update, or see Native App Minimum Device OS Versions.

Do all platforms support the same features?

Not all features are available on every platform. Feature availability varies between mobile, TV, and streaming devices.
