We offer a ton of different moderation tools for your community. From being able to reply to comments, edit existing posts, remove posts, and even block users, there are plenty of tools available to you as a community leader.
Edit a Community Post
Navigate to the Community tab in the Admin Area.
Click on View Community.
Click the 3-Dot menu on the post you wish to edit or delete.
Once you edited the post, click on Save. or click Delete.
Add an Image to your Community Post
When you edit your post, drag an image to the Images field.
Click on Upload.
Once you have uploaded the images, click on Save.
NOTE: You can upload up to 10 images. When you upload several images, you can select the cover of your post.
Search for Posts
You can utilize the search box to search for specific posts in your community. Try searching for keywords or full sentences.
Review Posts
In case any members of your community report/flag a post, you can easily access it through the Review section. There could be various reasons why your community members would report a post. To avoid confusion, it's advisable to establish clear community guidelines from the outset to ensure that your members know what kind of content is permissible and what isn't.
Block a User
You can block specific users from being able to create any posts or comments in your community or post comments on videos.
To block a user simply click on their profile and click on the 3 dot menu button under their Name and then click on Block.
Or you can see a list of reported users from your community by clicking on the Users tab. You can then click "Block" on the reported user.
Note: Blocking a user does not change their subscription status or remove any existing posts or comments. It simply prevents their ability to make posts or comments.
If you would like to cancel their subscription or remove posts or comments, you will have to do that manually.
