Manage Individual User Details

Manage member information, track engagement, and control content access in one centralized location

The Member Details page provides comprehensive insights into individual user accounts, allowing you to manage from profile information to content access in one centralized location.

ℹ️ INFO: This page serves as your command center for understanding and supporting your members.


Accessing the Member Details Page

To view a user's information:

  1. Navigate to the People Overview Page

  2. Find the member using the search or filter options

  3. Click the ellipsis (...) next to their name

  4. Select Edit


The Member Details page organizes information into several cards (sections), each focusing on a specific aspect of the member's account.

Account Profile

This section gives you a snapshot of key member information.

  • Membership Status

  • Account creation date

  • Payment and subscription details

  • Next invoice date and amount due

  • Active coupon applied

  • Email Marketing opt-in status

ℹ️ INFO: The Account Profile card dynamically updates based on the member's subscription status.

Manage Membership Options

Under the Account Profile card, you'll see a Manage Membership dropdown with these options:

  • Edit Next Invoice Date: Change when the member will be billed next

  • Apply Coupon to Membership: Add or replace a coupon for the current subscription

  • Cancel Membership: Cancel the subscription, allowing access until the end of the billing period

  • End Membership: Immediately terminate access and end the subscription

⚠️ WARNING: End Membership immediately revokes access and stops billing. Use Cancel Membership instead if you want the member to retain access until their current billing period ends.


About

The About section displays the profile information:

  • Custom User Field responses

  • Private Notes (visible only to your team)

  • Email Address and notification opt-in status

  • Tags

💡 TIP: Private Notes are especially useful for documenting customer service interactions, special arrangements, or important details about the member that your team should know.


Invoices List

The Invoices card provides a complete payment record:

  • Invoice date

  • Invoice ID

  • Origin

  • Payment status

  • Amount

Activity Log

The Activity card shows all tracked member actions.

  • Sign-in times

  • Updates to the account

  • Coupon redemptions

  • And more!

Email History

The Email card offers a comprehensive email history log.

  • List of all emails sent to the member

  • Timestamp for each communication (Sent and Opened)

💡 TIP: Emails sent through Marketing automations can be clicked. It will redirect you to the particular automation that generated the email.

Email Status

When managing an individual user, you will see a history of Emails. In this view, you can see the subject, attempted delivery date, and status of the email.

Understanding email statuses helps you track communication effectiveness and troubleshoot delivery issues.

Sending

  • The email is in our queue to be delivered

Sent

  • The email has left our queue and is on the way to the recipient

Opened

  • The email was received and viewed by the recipient*

Blocked

  • The email was undeliverable for unknown reasons

Bounced

  • The email was returned

ℹ️ INFO: *Some email platforms will attempt to pre-load an email, which can result in an email appearing to be opened but not seen by the recipient. We take measures to avoid this in our reporting.


Watch History

The Watch History card provides:

  • Summary of the most recent videos viewed by the member

  • Insights into content engagement patterns

📝 NOTE: Watch history analytics may not be perfectly accurate due to common internet factors like browser settings, extensions, VPNs, anonymous browsing, and connection issues. This is normal for web analytics.


Bundle Access

The Bundle Access card allows you to manually assign or remove bundle access.


Content Access

The Content Access card:

  • Enables you to grant or manage access to individual pieces of content

  • Useful for providing complementary access to specific videos

💡 TIP: Use the Bundle and Content Access cards to instantly grant members access to offers, which will then appear in their Catalog's My Library section.

Additional Options

The More Actions dropdown, located at the top right of the Member Details page, provides these options:

  • Copy Email: Quickly copy the member's email

  • Impersonate: Log in as the member to view the storefront

  • Manage Password: Reset the member's password

  • Mark as Spam: Move the account to the Spam page

  • Delete: Permanently delete the member's account

⚠️ WARNING: Exercise caution when using the Delete option. This action is irreversible and will permanently remove the member's account and all identifying records from the store. Our support team is unable to help restore a deleted user.


FAQs

Can I edit a member's email address?

Yes, given you have permission from the member, please note that email addresses can only be changed once every 24 hours.

Where can I update the name of the member?

Members are given the control to update their name via the User Dashboard. Admins can impersonate the member to update the name on their behalf.
