Step 1: Navigate to Account Details
Log into your Google Play Console.
From the left-hand menu, go to Account details.
On the Contact details tab, find the phone number field and enter your number in the international format (e.g., +(Country code)(Area code)(Phone number)), such as +14150000000.
Choose to receive your 6-digit verification code by text message or voice call, then click Verify phone number.
Enter the code you receive and click Verify.
Confirmation
Once submitted successfully, your phone number will appear as verified in the Account Details section. The warning will disappear from the Dashboard, too.
