Integrate Delphi with Uscreen
This guide walks you through connecting Delphi to your Uscreen account so your members can seamlessly access your Delphi chat using Single Sign-On (SSO).
Once set up, users will access the Delphi chat from your storefront navigation or from the MORE option in apps.
💡 TIP: Users will automatically be signed into Delphi, and no login is required.
What You’ll Need Before You Start
Before setting up the integration, make sure you have:
Your store is on the updated 2025 website (does not work on old themes)
Admin access to your Uscreen Settings
Admin access to your Delphi workspace
An active Delphi plan that supports SSO
Your Delphi SSO private keys
Your Delphi website config ID
📝 NOTE: Delphi is only accessible to members with an active subscription. Members with access via only one-time purchases or bundles (including lifetime bundles) cannot access Delphi.
Step 1: Get Your SSO Credentials from Delphi
First, you'll need to enable SSO and generate a JWT key pair from your Delphi account.
Set Up Single Sign-On
Log in to your Delphi account
Go to Settings
Enable Single Sign-On
Generate Your JWT Key Pair
Click Generate JWT Key Pair
Save your private key and fill in your Public Key
Step 2: Get Your Config ID from Delphi
Next, grab your Config ID from the Delphi Integrations settings.
Go to Integrations and confirm your Uscreen site is listed under Websites
Open the website installation guide and copy your Config ID
Step 3: Enable Delphi in Uscreen
Next, you’ll connect Delphi inside your Uscreen Admin Area.
Log in to your Uscreen Admin Dashboard
Navigate to Settings
Select Integrations
Find Delphi and click Connect
Step 4: Add Your Delphi Credentials to Uscreen
In the Delphi integration settings in Uscreen, enter the credentials you copied earlier:
Click Connect once everything is filled in.
Step 5: Test the Integration
Now it’s time to test! 🧪
Log in to your storefront as an admin
Go to your Navigation settings
Enable the visibility of your Delphi chat link
Access the Delphi page from your storefront, and you should be signed in automatically
ℹ️ INFO: Once Delphi is visible in your navigation, members with an active subscription will be signed in automatically via SSO, and no separate Delphi login is required.
Member Access Requirements
Delphi access is tied to active subscriptions only. Once the integration is set up, it will be available to your members as follows:

Bundle purchaser (including lifetime bundles) | ❌ No |
📝 NOTE: Members who purchased access via a one-time bundle, including lifetime fixed-price bundles, cannot access Delphi. To offer these members Delphi access, consider moving them onto a subscription plan with a Forever coupon to maintain their lifetime pricing.

Delphi access requires an active subscription, so bundle and lifetime bundle members are not eligible by default.
