How to Integrate Delphi with Uscreen
This guide walks you through connecting Delphi to your Uscreen account so your members can seamlessly access your Delphi community using Single Sign-On (SSO).
Once set up, users who are logged into Uscreen will be automatically authenticated in Delphi — no extra login required.
What You’ll Need Before You Start
Before setting up the integration, make sure you have:
Admin access to your Uscreen Settings
Admin access to your Delphi workspace
An active Delphi plan that supports SSO
Your Delphi SSO private keys
Your Delphi website config ID
Step 1: Get Your SSO Credentials and Config ID from Delphi
First, you’ll need to grab the required keys and config ID from Delphi.
Log in to your Delphi admin dashboard
Go to Settings
Enable Single Sign-On
Generate JWT Key Pair
Save your private key to file. Fill in your Public Key below:
Head to Integrations and check that you've added your Uscreen site under websites:
Grab your config ID from the website installation guide:
Step 2: Enable Delphi in Uscreen
Next, you’ll connect Delphi inside your Uscreen admin area.
Log in to your Uscreen Admin Dashboard
Go to Settings
Select Integrations
Find Delphi and click Connect
Step 3: Add Your Delphi Credentials to Uscreen
In the Delphi integration settings in Uscreen, enter the credentials you copied earlier:
Secret Key
Config ID
Click Save once everything is filled in.
Step 5: Test the Integration
Now it’s time to test!
Login to your storefront as an admin and head to your Navigation, you'll be able to set the visibility of your Delphi chat in your nav:
Once visible, access the page and you should be signed in!
