Videos have three potential statuses—Unpublished, Published, and Scheduled.
To set the status of your video:
Navigate to Content > Videos
Select the video you wish to publish
Scroll down to the Visibility section which is just underneath the video preview.
Set the desired status for your video.

Unpublished
Unpublished videos will not be available in your catalog and cannot be seen or purchased by customers.
NOTE: If the unpublished videos are added to a collection that is Published, the video will be viewable inside the respective collection.
Published
Published videos are visible to customers. They will be shown in the catalog and will be available for purchase according to the pricing you have set. You can add an Expiration Date to remove the video from the catalog once the last day is reached.
Scheduled
Scheduled videos are not published until their scheduled Release Date. At the scheduled date and time, they will be made available on your storefront. If you enable the notification email, a notification email will be sent to all customers on the publication date. You can also set an Expiration Date for scheduled videos.
You can change the publication status of your video at any time.
Note: You must publish each video separately. You cannot bulk publish videos.
