The ability to schedule a video for release gives you greater flexibility in managing your available content. This control over when content becomes available is especially useful for timed events or coordinated launches.
Once the scheduled date and time are reached, the video will automatically be set to Published, making it visible on your catalog.
⚠️ As with all published content, scheduled videos will still need to be assigned a Category, otherwise they will not be visible for your members even after the scheduled release.
How to Schedule a Video Release
Navigate to the Content tab of your admin area.
Go to Videos and select the video you want to schedule.
On the right-hand side, locate the Visibility section.
Select the Scheduled bubble.

📌 The video release time follows the time zone set in your site’s Settings → General.
Send an Email Notification (Optional)
You can also choose to notify your members via email when a scheduled video is released.
To do so, simply check the box which reads Send email to customers when scheduling a video release. You may also choose to modify the email template using the Edit button, if desired.
