Coming Soon in your Catalog
Once a video is scheduled for release and assigned to a category, it automatically appears in your catalog with a Coming Soon label on its thumbnail.
This lets your members browse upcoming content alongside your existing library, building anticipation before the release date.
๐ NOTE: As with all published content, scheduled videos still need to be assigned a Category. Otherwise, they won't be visible to your members, even after the scheduled release or as a Coming Soon video.

How It Works
When a scheduled video appears as Coming Soon in the catalog, members can see the video's thumbnail, title, and description, but they cannot play the video until the release date.
Instead of a play button, they'll see the option to get notified.
Once the scheduled release date and time are reached, the Coming Soon label is automatically removed, and the video becomes fully playable, just like any other published video.
Notify Me
Members can click Notify Me on any Coming Soon video to receive a notification the moment it goes live. This works for both signed-in members and visitors who haven't created an account yet.
โน๏ธ INFO: Visitors who aren't signed in can also register for notifications by providing their name and email. If they later create an account with the same email, their notification preference is preserved.
Platform Availability
Coming Soon videos are supported on the following platforms:
Web: Coming Soon videos appear in the catalog, categories, search results, and collections
Mobile Apps (iOS & Android): Coming Soon videos appear in the catalog with the same badge and Notify Me functionality
๐ NOTE: Coming Soon is currently being rolled out gradually across all stores. If you don't see the Coming Soon label on your scheduled videos yet, it will be enabled for your store soon.
Sending an Email Notification on Release (Optional)
In addition to the Notify Me feature for individual members, you can choose to send a broadcast email to all eligible members when a scheduled video goes live.
To enable this, check the box that reads Send Email to Customers when scheduling a video release. You can also customize the email template using the Edit button.
๐ก TIP: The Send Email to Customers option sends a broadcast email to all members with access. The Notify Me button, on the other hand, is opt-in, where only members who click it will receive a notification. Both can be used together for maximum reach.
Troubleshooting
If your scheduled video didn't go live as expected, or isn't appearing as Coming Soon, check the following:
Issue | What to Check |
No category assigned | Go to the video and confirm it's assigned to at least one Category. Without a category, the video won't appear in the catalog, neither as Coming Soon nor after release.

Wrong timezone | Verify your timezone under Settings > General |
Video still processing | Processing can take 10 minutes to 72 hours, depending on file size. The video must finish processing before it becomes visible.

Scheduled time hasn't passed | Confirm the release time has passed in your configured timezone, not your local time |
Coming Soon label not showing | The Coming Soon feature is being rolled out gradually. If your store hasn't been enabled yet, scheduled videos will still release on time. They just won't display in the catalog beforehand. |
