Free for Signed-In Users (Recommended)
You can also offer a live stream for free, and have users sign up and sign in to access. This allows you to track the list of users who watched the live stream and obtain their contact information.
Navigate to Content > Live Streaming
Create a new one or select the live stream you want to make free, and Edit
Under the Access section, select Gated
Unselect any Subscription and leave it blank (Select plan..), and leave all pricing options unchecked
Create a Freebie Bundle
Assign the bundle to the live stream
Click Save
This way, when a user clicks on the live stream to Get Access, the freebie bundle will be offered, which will require the user to sign up or sign in to gain free access to the live stream.
Freebie bundles will not require entering a payment method or any charge at checkout.

Free for All Users
If you would like anyone to access your live stream, you can always make it free. This is also handy for those using custom HLS links to stream.

⚠️ WARNING: Additional fees may apply when setting the live stream to Free for all users. Please be sure to consult your Account Manager before launching any free live streams.
Navigate to Content > Live Streaming
Create a new one or select the live stream you want to make free, and Edit
Under the Access section, select Free for all users
Click Save
🎉 Users may now enjoy watching your stream for free with or without signing in.
📝 NOTE: Only users who created an account and watched the event while logged in will be tracked in the Attendees Report.

Additionally, only logged-in users would be able to participate in the Live Chat if enabled. The feature requires the user to have an account and be logged in.
