Uscreen's access management allows you to control who can access your content without requiring payment processing. This powerful feature lets you provide or remove customer access to subscriptions, bundles, or individual content directly from the admin area.

Offer complimentary access to VIPs, partners, or influencers
Provide access to contest winners or as part of promotions
Compensate for technical issues or billing problems

Locate the user you want to grant access to and Edit
Grant Access to the User
You can grant access to subscriptions, bundles, and/or individual content. The process for each type of offer may differ slightly.
Subscription Access
Click Add Membership on the right
Select the subscription plan you want to give access to from the pop-up
Click Save
INFO: When you manually grant subscription access, it will be free until the next invoice date. After that, the user will be charged according to the subscription plan unless you modify the next invoice date.
Bundle Access
Scroll down to the Bundle Access section
Select which bundles you want to give access to from the dropdown
Click Save
INFO: Granting access to a bundle gives the user permanent free access to all content within that bundle, including content that you may add later. You can assign access to multiple bundles at the same time.
Content Access
Scroll down to the Content Access section
Select the specific content you want to provide access to from the dropdown
Click Save
INFO: Granting access to content gives the user permanent free access to that specific content. You can assign access to multiple types of content at the same time.
Revoke Access for the User
You can remove access to subscriptions, bundles, and/or individual content. The process for each type of offer may differ slightly.
Subscription Access
Click Manage Membership
Select the appropriate option
Cancel Membership to cancel their stop the auto-renewal, and access will be revoked at the end of the current billing period
End Membership to end their subscription and revoke access immediately
Bundle Access
Scroll down to the Bundle Access section
Click on the item selected drop-down
You can:
Deselect the specific bundle/s you wish to revoke access to, or
Click on the X icon to remove all assigned bundles
Click Save
Content Access
Scroll down to the Content Access section
Click on the "item selected" drop-down menu
You can:
Deselect specific content/s that you wish to revoke access to, or
Click on the X icon to remove all assigned content
Click Save
NOTE: In-app subscriptions cannot be manually or directly granted or revoked through the Admin Area. Users must subscribe or cancel through the app marketplace.

Will users be notified when I grant or revoke access?
No automatic notifications are sent when you manually grant or revoke access. Users will only be notified if you use Cancel Membership, and if the email Cancelled Subscription Confirmation template is enabled.

Once access is revoked, the user will no longer be able to access the content, even if they were in the middle of watching it.
