Unique IDs in Uscreen

How to locate the unique identifiers in Uscreen

Every element in Uscreen has a unique identifier (ID) consisting of a series of numbers. These IDs are essential when working with Uscreen's platform, especially for migrations, integrations, bulk operations, and many other purposes.

This guide shows you how to locate the various commonly used IDs within your Uscreen account.


User ID

For every user in your store.

  1. Navigate to People

  2. Select the user you need and click Edit

  3. Look at the URL in your browser's address bar

  4. Find the User ID after people/

💡 TIP: This can also be obtained by exporting the Customers Report.


Content ID

For every type of content.

  • Video (Content > Videos)

  • Collection (Content > Collections)

  • Live Stream (Content > Live Streaming)

  1. Select the content you need and click Edit

  2. Look at the URL in your browser's address bar

  3. Find the Content ID before /details

💡 TIP: For videos, this can also be obtained by exporting the Videos Report.


Offer ID

For every type of offer.

  • Subscription (Subscriptions page)

  • Bundle (Bundles page)

  1. Select the offer you need and click Edit

  2. Look at the URL in your browser's address bar

  3. Find the Offer ID before /edit


Invoice ID

For every generated invoice.

  1. Navigate to Sales > Invoices

  2. Select the invoice you need and click Edit

  3. Look at the URL in your browser's address bar

  4. Find the Invoice ID after invoices/

💡 TIP: This can also be obtained by exporting the Invoices Report.


Deal ID

For every created coupon.

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Coupons

  2. Select the coupon you need and click Edit

  3. Look at the URL in your browser's address bar

  4. Find the Deal ID after coupons/

💡 TIP: This can also be obtained by exporting the Coupons Report.


Other elements, such as Email Broadcasts, Giveaway Funnels, and other created marketing tools, each have their own unique identifiers. Their IDs can be obtained in the same way as those mentioned above, through each of their Edit page.

📝 NOTE: The unique identifiers will remain the same even after renaming the element it has been assigned.

These IDs are automatically generated and permanent to the element, and may not be edited or customized in any way.
