  • Filter Your Report (Optional):

    • Need a specific subset of users? You can filter by:

      • Segment: Filter by active/former subscription, one-time buyer status, or free trial.

      • Status: Select a specific subscription status, such as Reactivated, On Hold, or Paused, to narrow results.

      • Under the More Filters dropdown, there are further filtering options:

        • Created on date: Only see users whose accounts were created within a specific date range.

        • Giveaway Funnel: If utilizing Giveaway Funnels, this is a great way to filter by only users who were created from a particular funnel.

        • Lifetime Amount: You can use this filter to sort users by their lifetime spending on your platform.

    • This allows you to create targeted reports. For example, a list of all new subscribers from the past month. πŸ”

  • Initiate the Export:

    • Once you've applied any desired filters, look for the Export CSV button near the top right of the screen and click it. Then, choose People table. πŸš€
