It's a good idea to add some suggested gift card products. For example, if you have subscriptions or bundles, you can add suggested gift card products, and your clients can purchase a subscription or bundle for someone else.

Navigate to the Marketing tab > Under the Nurture Audience section, select Gift Cards.

Then click on the Settings button.

On the Settings page, click on Choose Subscriptions or Choose Bundles and select the new gift card options to appear.

Please Save your changes once you're happy with the gift cards.

Now your clients will see the option to gift the subscriptions you have chosen.
