How Users Redeem Coupons

During the checkout process, users can enter a coupon code in order to receive their discount. Only one coupon code can be applied per purchase.

The location of the coupon code field during checkout may vary slightly depending on the device you are using. Here's where it can be found:

Desktop browser

When checking out via the desktop site, users can find the Enter Coupon Code option during the Payment details step, above the box where payment information can be entered.

Mobile Browser

On mobile devices, the option will appear in the same place, during step 2 of checkout.

In-App Purchases

⚠️ Coupon codes cannot be redeemed directly through our mobile apps. This limitation is due to the different payment processing systems used for in-app purchases.

Tip: To use a coupon code, please have users complete their purchase via web browser on a desktop or mobile device. Once the purchase is confirmed, users can then enjoy your content within their mobile app by logging in with the email used at the time of purchase.

Q: Can users use multiple coupon codes on a single order?

No, our system allows for only one coupon code to be applied per purchase. Users should ensure that they enter the coupon that provides the best value for their order.

Q: What if a user forgets to apply the coupon code during checkout?

Unfortunately, we do not currently support proactively applying a coupon code to an order after it has been submitted. However, an admin is able to apply a coupon manually to be used for future invoices.
