If you need a large number of personal coupon codes created for events or special promotions — our support team can help! If you are on the Uscreen Pro or Plus plan, we can generate bulk coupon codes and provide an Excel spreadsheet of those codes for distribution.
So when you need the codes, please send a message to our support team. We will fulfill these requests once we have all the information listed below. Requests may take 3-5 business days to process.
Bulk coupon codes are generated using a prefix (e.g., "HAPPY-" or "ABC-") and are then randomly created using a unique alphanumeric string.
Include the following information in the request:
Prefix naming standard for coupons (e.g., HAPPY- or ABC-)
Discount amount (fixed or percentage)
List the subscription, content, or bundle the coupon should be applied to
- For subscriptions: define the duration (how many billing cycles should it apply to)The expiration date for the coupon code (this will be the date the coupon code can no longer be redeemed)
- The start date will be the date that we generate the codes. For this reason, we recommend not distributing the codes until you are ready to accept the discountRedemption limit: if these are personal codes, the redemption limit will be 1
- Redemption limit means the number of times that coupon code can be redeemed in total. By default, an end-user may only use a specific code one time
Limitations for Requests
We're unable to generate more than 50,000 coupons per request.
Coupons are delivered in batches of 10,000 per CSV file.
All coupons must share the same properties including prefix, expiration date, redemption limit, and content assignments.
We are unable to make exceptions for the limitations above.
