Funds are held for 30 days from the date of transaction to be available for any needed refunds to end-users. Available payout funds are then calculated/processed on the 1st business day of the following month.

If you’re a new Uscreen client, please expect a delay of up to 60-90 days before you receive your first payout as it depends on your date of registration, the date of your first transaction, and the next available payout date.

Payouts are processed on the 1st business day of every month, provided it’s not a US bank holiday, however it can take between 7 to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on the payout method. If after this period you have still not received your Payout, please contact billing@uscreen.tv.
