When enabled, this feature automatically tracks videos that members have watched for at least 10 seconds but haven't completed. The section displays the last videos viewed, with a progress bar on thumbnails showing how much of each video has been watched.
📝 NOTE: The Continue Watching is a dynamic category in the Catalog and may vary from one member to another when impersonating their accounts.
Enable the Feature
Navigate to Website
Click Catalog
Scroll down to the Features section
Toggle Show Continue Watching
Click Save & Apply
📝 NOTE: The Continue Watching option is controlled globally. When enabled, it applies to all platforms where your content is available.
Web Experience
The Continue Watching section appears above all other categories on the Catalog
Members can click on any video to resume watching from where they left off
Progress bars on thumbnails show how much of each video has been watched
Videos that are fully watched (or within 5 seconds of completion) will automatically disappear from this section
Mobile Apps (iOS and Android)
Works similarly to the website experience
Live events are automatically filtered out from the Continue Watching section
TV Apps
Available on Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, and Android TV
For collections on tvOS, clicking on a collection in Continue Watching takes you to the collection rather than resuming the specific video
