Playlists are a popular feature that lets your members create their own customized video collections.
This helps them organize content their way, whether that's a personalized workout routine, a learning path, or a binge-watch list.
📝 NOTE: These user-created playlists are currently only available on the web, iOS, and Android mobile apps. They are not available on TV apps (yet). An alternative feature supported on TV apps is the Favorites category.

💡 TIP: Playlists are saved to the user's account and will remain even if they log out and log back in, or switch between mobile devices or web browsers.
Web Experience
On the web, Playlists are accessible directly from the Web Catalog Sections navigation bar at the top of the catalog. Members simply click the Playlists tab to see and manage all their collections in one place.
ℹ️ INFO: Web Catalog Sections are available on stores using the New Website Editor. If your store is on the legacy liquid theme, members won't see the Playlists tab in the navigation bar.

Create a Playlist
Option 1: From the Playlists tab
Click the Playlists tab in the Web Catalog Sections bar
Click New Playlist
Name your playlist
Click Save
Option 2: From the Video Player
Browse to any video in the catalog
Click the Save button below the video player
Select New Playlist
Name your playlist
Click Save
Add Videos to a Playlist
Go to the video page you want to save in your playlist
Click the Save button below the video player
Select the playlist you want to add the video to
💡 TIP: You can add the same video to multiple playlists at once. Simply check all the playlists you want to add it to.
Rearrange Videos in a Playlist
Go to the Playlists page (
.../playlists)Open the playlist you want to modify
Click the ellipsis (...) below the video
Position the video where you want it in your playlist
Remove Videos from a Playlist
To remove a video from a playlist, follow the same steps as adding it and uncheck the playlist you want to remove the video from.
Mobile Apps (iOS & Android)
On mobile, Playlists are accessible from More > Content > Playlists.
💡 TIP: Playlists sync across web and mobile devices. Any playlist created or edited on mobile will automatically appear on the web, and vice versa, as long as the member is signed into the same account.
Create a Playlist
Option 1: From the Playlists page
Open the mobile app and sign in
Navigate to More > Content
Select Playlists
Tap New Playlist
Name your playlist
Tap Create
Option 2: From the Video Player
Browse to any video in the catalog
Tap the Save button (+ icon) below the video
Select New Playlist
Name your playlist
Tap Create
Add Videos to a Playlist
Browse to any video in the catalog
Tap the Save button (+ icon) below the video
Select the playlists you want to add the video to
Tap Done to confirm
💡 TIP: You can add the same video to multiple playlists at once. Simply check all the playlists you want to add it to before clicking Done.
Rearrange Videos in a Playlist
Navigate to More > Content > Playlists
Tap the playlist you want to modify
Press and hold on a video
Drag it to the desired position
Release to place it in the new position
Remove Videos from a Playlist
To remove a video from a playlist, follow the same steps as adding it and uncheck the playlist you want to remove the video from.

Collections are admin-created groupings that appear as category rows in the catalog, visible to all members. Playlists are created by members themselves for their personal use and are only visible to the member who created them.
