Favorites

Save videos and collections you love for quick access anytime, across web, mobile, and TV apps

Favorites lets your members bookmark videos and collections they want to revisit. Instead of searching through the catalog every time, members can save content they love and access it instantly from their dedicated Favorites section.

Web Experience

On the web, Favorites is accessible directly from the Web Catalog Sections navigation bar at the top of the catalog.

Members simply click the Favorites tab to see all their saved content in one place.

โ„น๏ธ INFO: Web Catalog Sections are only available on stores using the New Website Editor. If your store is on the legacy liquid theme, members won't see the Favorites tab in the navigation bar.

Can I see which members have favorited my videos?

Yes. As an admin, you can view Favorites activity in the Analytics section and impersonate individual members to see their Favorites directly.

Why don't I see filters in the Favorites section?

Filters only appear in the Favorites section once a member has 20 or more favorited items. Below that threshold, the filter controls won't be displayed.

What's the difference between Favorites and Categories?

Categories are admin-created content groupings that appear as category rows in the catalog, visible to all members. Favorites are personal to each member and only show content they've individually saved.
