Overview of the Member Details Page
The Details page gives you in-depth insights into a member's account. From profile information and activity logs to email history and content access, this page is your go-to for managing and understanding your members.
To access it, open the three-dot menu next to a member's name and select Edit.
About Section
View responses to custom checkout fields.
Create and view private Admin notes.
See the member's email address and confirmation status.
Invoices
The Invoices card displays a complete billing history, including:

Track important member actions, such as:
Emails
The Emails card provides a full email log, showing:
Member Profile
This section gives you a snapshot of key member information:
Segment and status
Account creation date
Payment and subscription details
Last active date
Next invoice date and amount due
Coupons redeemed
Depending on the member's segment, this card dynamically updates with additional relevant info:
Active member: Shows the subscription plan
One-time buyer: Displays last purchase date
Lead: Highlights the lead source
Churned: Shows the churn reason (via the Reduce Churn feature)
Trialing: Displays the trial plan
Edit Member Name
You can update a member's name by impersonating their account:
Click More Actions > Impersonate
Navigate to their dashboard
Edit their profile name
Click Save
Alternatively, members can update their name from their own dashboard.
Watch History
View a summary of the member’s recent watch activity in the Watch History card.
Note: Watch history analytics are not perfectly accurate due to common internet factors. Browser settings, extensions, VPNs, anonymous browsing, and poor connections can all interfere with tracking. This is a normal aspect of web analytics and applies to Uscreen.
Bundle Access
This section shows which bundles the member can access. You can also manually assign or remove bundle access as needed.
Content Access
Grant or manage access to individual pieces of content from the Content Access card.
