The Spam List is a dedicated section within the People page where users flagged as spam are moved to.
It keeps your main People list clean and your audience data accurate by separating suspected spam accounts, such as bots, card testers, and other fraudulent sign-ups, from your real members.
You can review, restore, and manually manage users in the Spam List at any time.

How Spam Detection Works
Uscreen uses a scoring-based system that automatically evaluates each user based on a combination of behavioral signals.
Every user is assigned a spam score upon signing up, and this score adjusts over time as they interact with your platform.
Users who reach a high spam score are automatically flagged and moved to the Spam List. No single factor triggers a spam classification on its own, and it is always determined by multiple signals combined.
💡 TIP: Legitimate users who are incorrectly flagged can be automatically restored over time as they engage with your platform, for example, by completing payments or watching content. You can also manually restore them at any time using the steps below.
View the Spam List
To access the Spam List:
This will display all users currently flagged as spam, along with their account details.
📝 NOTE: Users in the Spam List are hidden from the main People list but remain accessible through the Spam page, CSV exports, and Analytics.
Remove a User from the Spam List
If a legitimate user has been incorrectly flagged, you can restore them to the main People list:
Navigate to People
Click the ellipsis (...) at the top right
Select Show Spam
Find the user you want to restore
Click Not Spam next to their name
The user will immediately be moved back to the main People list and will resume receiving any applicable emails from your platform.
💡 TIP: Review your Spam List regularly to ensure no legitimate members have been mistakenly filtered out.
Manually Flag a User as Spam
If you identify a suspicious account in your main People list, you can manually move it to the Spam List:
Navigate to People
Click the ellipsis (...) next to the user's name
Select Mark as Spam
The user will be removed from the main People list and moved to the Spam List.
ℹ️ INFO: The user will no longer receive marketing or transactional emails from your platform.
When Are Users Automatically Restored
The system continuously and automatically re-evaluates flagged users based on their activity.
A user's spam score decreases over time when they show genuine engagement with your platform, such as completing payments or actively consuming your content.
Once their score drops below the spam threshold, they are automatically restored to the main People list without any action needed from you.
📝 NOTE: Free trial sign-ups alone do not lower a user's spam score. Only genuine engagement, such as paid transactions or content activity, contributes to automatic restoration.
