How members see their Watch History
Select the Watch History section
Scroll previously watched videos
Tap any video to start watching again
Admin Settings
Go to Admin
Navigate to Website > Catalog > Features
Toggle Watch History

Keep Watch History enabled, as it is an expected member feature
Watch history includes the last 12 months only
A video counts as “watched” after 10+ seconds
Individual videos recorded only. No reference to collections or bundles.
Watch history does not show free previews or trailer views
There is no clear or remove items from watch history
FAQs
Does this affect existing “watched” logic?
No. Watch History uses the same logic as Continue Watching. 10+ seconds. And the features can be enabled or disabled independently.
Is it enabled by default?
Yes. It’s enabled by default since this is a common and expected feature, like Netflix and YouTube. You may disable it if you wish, in Website > Catalog > Features.
Is this available on all plans?
Yes. Watch History is a baseline feature.
Can admins see member watch history?
Yes. Admin can see member watch history in Admin > People, or by impersonating a specific user. It's the same data.
Does it work on TV apps?
Not yet, but likely later after web and mobile availability.
