For Stripe Billing
With Stripe Billing, you manage your payouts directly through your Stripe account.
Log in to your Stripe Dashboard
Navigate to Balances to view your available and pending balance
Scroll down to the Payouts section to see your payout history and schedule

For Native PayPal
Since payments go directly to your PayPal account at the time of sale with Native PayPal:
Log in to your PayPal Business account
Go to the Activity > All Transactions section to view all transactions
Use PayPal's reporting tools to filter by date range and transaction type
For Legacy PayPal
Log in to your Uscreen dashboard
Navigate to Analytics > Financial
Go to Payouts

Payout Timing
Each payment gateway follows a different schedule for processing and delivering your earnings:
Stripe Billing
Payments are deposited directly to your bank account on your Stripe payout schedule
Standard Stripe transaction fees apply
You manage payouts directly through your Stripe Dashboard
Native PayPal
Customer transactions are sent directly to your PayPal account at the time of sale
No monthly payout from Uscreen needed
Standard PayPal transaction fees apply
You have immediate access to funds
Legacy PayPal
Payments are processed by Uscreen and distributed to your bank account
Payouts occur on the first business day of each month
Payments are held for at least 30 days before being paid out
Example: Payments received in August will be paid out on October 1st

Payout Report Details
The Payouts Report provides the following information:
Payout Amount: Payments from prior months that will pay out after the 30-day hold period
Pending Transactions: Current month payments (less than 30 days old) that will pay out later
Payout Month: When the payout was generated (not when payments were collected)

For a detailed breakdown of your payout:

If a payout hasn't been made yet, the payout date column will be blank

Calculating Your Upcoming Payout
To estimate your upcoming payout accurately:
Navigate to Sales (Invoices) or Financial Analytics
Select and use the filters by payment origin (e.g., PayPal or Stripe Payments)
Select the relevant date range (typically two months prior to expected payout)
ℹ️ INFO: Account for 31-day months (payments made on the 31st will roll over to the next month's payout)
Factors that Affect the Payout
Several factors can impact your final payout amount:
Disputes and chargebacks: These are deducted from your payout along with associated fees
Refunds: Processed refunds reduce your payout amount
31-day months: Payments made on the 31st won't clear the 30-day hold in time for the next month's payout
Payment processing fees: Standard transaction fees are deducted
Outstanding invoices: Uscreen may garnish payouts if you have unpaid invoices

For accurate reconciliation, use the Invoices report rather than MRR or monthly sales reports. The Invoices report allows you to filter by payment platform and shows net amounts.
