Navigate to Content > Videos
Create or find the specific video and click Edit
Scroll down to the Access section
Select Free for all users
Click Save

💡 TIP: Free videos are accessible to everyone without needing a login or payment information. This is ideal for promotional content that introduces your brand.

Free Collection

Collections allow you to group related videos together.

Navigate to Content > Collections
Create or find the specific collection and click Edit
Scroll down to the Access section
Select Free for all users
Click Save

📝 INFO: Making a collection free gives users access to all of the videos included in its playlist, but not automatically to the individual videos.

Free Bundle

Bundles are a powerful way to offer free content while requiring users to create an account. This helps you capture user information while providing value.

Create a Freebie bundle

Navigate to Bundles
Click New Bundle
Select Freebie

Set up your bundle

Add a title, description, and image
Select the content to include (videos or collections)
Decide whether you want the bundle to be assigned automatically to new users, and toggle the Automatic assignment option
Choose whether to make it public or private
Click Save

ℹ️ INFO: Freebie bundles require users to create an account, but won't require payment information. This is great for lead generation.

Free Subscription

You can offer a limited number of free subscriptions using 100% off coupons.

Create a 100% Off Coupon

Navigate to Marketing > Coupons
Click New Coupon
Name your coupon code
Set the Discount Percentage to 100%
Select the subscription plan/s it applies to
Set Duration to Forever for permanent free access
Optionally, set redemption limits or expiration dates
Click Create

💡 TIP: If a coupon is set to Forever, the checkout will not require a payment method. For all other durations, a payment method will still be required.

Share or Apply the Coupon Code

Distribute the coupon code to users you want to give free access to. They'll need to enter this code during checkout.
Admins may apply the coupon for existing subscribers.
Append the code to the URL of the subscription
