Sign in to Your Account
To access your Uscreen admin area, head to the sign-in page and log in with your email and password, or use Sign in with Google for a faster, password-free login.
💡 TIP: Bookmark the Uscreen sign-in page so you can get back quickly without having to search for it.
Reset Your (Admin) Password
Forgotten your password or just want to update it? You have two options:
From the sign-in page: Click Forgot Password and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link in your inbox.
While logged in: Navigate to Account, scroll down to the Security section, and use the Set a New Password option to update it without logging out.
📝 NOTE: Password reset links expire after one hour and are single-use only. If your link has expired, simply request a new one.
My Account
The My Account page is where you manage your personal admin profile: your name, email, password, and notification preferences. To get there:
Click your profile image at the bottom-left corner of the Admin Area
Select Account
The page is divided into three sections:
General Information
This section is where you keep your basic admin profile details up to date.
Name: your display name as it appears in the admin area and in any admin activity
Email Address: the email address tied to your Uscreen admin account, used for sign-in and account notifications
ℹ️ INFO: Make sure to use a valid email address that you check regularly, since this is where Uscreen sends important account and billing notifications.
Security
Keep your account secure by managing your sign-in options from this section.
Connect to Google: link your Google account so you can sign in with a single click instead of entering your email and password each time
Set a New Password: update your current password at any time directly from here, without needing to log out
💡 TIP: Use a strong password with a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
My Notifications
Control which email notifications you receive as an admin. All notifications are optional, so toggle on only the ones that are useful for your workflow.
Successful Sale: get notified whenever a purchase is made on your store
New Subscriber: receive an email when someone subscribes to a plan
Cancelled Subscription: stay informed when a member cancels their subscription
User Deleted: get notified when a user is removed from the People page
Webhook Failed: receive an alert after 4 consecutive failed webhook delivery attempts, so you can investigate and resolve any integration issues
New Comments on Videos: get notified whenever a member leaves a comment on one of your videos
ℹ️ INFO: If you have multiple admins on your team, each admin manages their own notification preferences independently. Changes you make here only affect your own account.

My Avatar
Your profile photo in the admin area is tied to your end-user profile on your storefront, so there's no separate avatar upload inside the admin itself. To update it:
Navigate to Website
Click on your profile icon at the top right of the catalog
Go to your User Dashboard (Profile page) (
.../account/profile)Under My Public Info, click to upload or change your photo
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page
💡 TIP: For best results, upload a square image (e.g., 200px x 200px) in .jpeg, .png, .gif, or .webp format.

Yes, you may update it in My Account > General Information. Make sure to use an email address you have active access to, as this is where Uscreen sends account notifications and billing information.

First, check that the relevant notifications are toggled on in My Account > My Notifications. If they're enabled but you're still not receiving them, check your spam folder and make sure your email address is correct.
