The Content Inventory report gives you a complete list of the content in your catalog, with the details and settings for each item in one table. Use it to audit your catalog.
List of Content
This table lists each piece of content in your catalog with its key dates (created, release, published, unpublish and deleted), its access settings (public or free, and any blocked countries), and its pricing (purchase price, rental price and rental period). It also includes its images and trailer, how it’s organized (categories, authors, tags and custom filters), its SEO settings (permalink, title, description and tags), and its number of comments. It’s useful for auditing your catalog or exporting your content list to a spreadsheet.
Videos Inside of Collections
This table lists every video that belongs to a collection, with the collection title and ID, whether the collection is public, the video's position in the collection, its duration and permalink. It is useful for checking the order of videos in a series or program.
Content Assigned to Subscriptions
This table shows which content is included in each of your subscription plans. Each row lists the subscription and one piece of content assigned to it, with the content’s title, type, and whether it’s public or free. Content assigned to several subscriptions appears once per subscription. Deleted content is not included. Use it to check that each plan includes the content you expect, or to compare what different plans offer.
Content with eCommerce Links
This table lists every piece of content that has an eCommerce link attached, showing the product title, call-to-action text, price and link for each one. Content with several products appears once per product. Deleted content is not included. It’s useful for reviewing all your product placements in one place and checking that links and prices are up to date.
FAQ
Does this report include deleted content?
The List of Content table does: deleted items appear with a date in the Deleted At column. The Videos Inside of Collections, Content Assigned to Subscriptions and Content with eCommerce Links table only shows content that hasn’t been deleted.
Why does some content appear more than once?
The Videos Inside of Collections, Content with eCommerce Links and Content Assigned to Subscriptions tables show one row per collection, product or subscription. Content that belongs to several of them appears once for each.
Can I download the list?
Yes. Use the download option on the table to export it as a CSV or spreadsheet. Learn more about how to do it here.
