Setup Instructions
There are different options for offering your live stream recordings. Each method serves different business goals, so choose the one that aligns with your monetization strategy.
Option 1: Bundle with the Live Stream (Recommended)
This approach ensures customers who purchased the live stream also get access to the recording.
Before the live event
Create a bundle called "Live Event + Recording"
Add your live stream to this bundle
Sell access to the bundle instead of the individual live stream
After the live event ends
Navigate to Content > Videos to find the recording (initially unpublished)
Click Edit on the recording
Under the Visibility card, set it to Published
Update the title to indicate it's a recording (e.g., add "[Recording]" to the title)
Navigate to Bundles and edit your "Live Event + Recording" bundle
Click Assign Content and add the recording to the bundle

Best Practices
Create the bundle before the live event to streamline the process
Communicate with your audience about when the recording will be available
Consider adding value to the recording with additional resources or bonus content
Use clear titles that distinguish between live events and recordings
Monitor customer feedback to improve future recordings
βΉοΈ INFO: By following these steps, you can effectively monetize your live content long after the event has ended, providing value to customers who missed the live session or want to review the content again.
