People Overview

View user account information to effectively manage your members

Updated this week

The People page provides a comprehensive overview of all users in your Uscreen platform. It allows you to monitor user activity, check watch history, manage accounts, review payment history, and control content access. With powerful filtering and segmentation tools, you can easily organize and understand your audience.

Here you'll find a complete list of all users in your store. This includes users who:

  • have created an account through the live site (including those that haven't yet purchased content)

  • have been invited to the store manually from the People page

The main People page displays key information about each user, including their name, email address, segments, (subscription) status, account creation date, and lifetime expenditure.

πŸ’‘ TIP: You can easily search for specific users by name or email using the search bar. The interface also provides powerful filtering options to help you segment your audience effectively.

Segment and Status

FAQs

Why are some users not appearing in my People tab?

Some who started checkout but abandoned before creating an account (draft clients) may not appear in the People tab due to the current verification system in the backend, but the draft clients will be included in CSV exports and Analytics. This discrepancy will be addressed in future updates.

How do I find users who came through a specific marketing campaign?

You can use UTM parameters in your marketing links and then filter users based on these parameters in your People tab. This helps track which marketing efforts are most effective.

What's the difference between Paused and Pending Pausing statuses?

Paused status means the subscription is currently on pause, while Pending Pausing means the user has requested to pause their subscription, but the pause hasn't taken effect yet (typically because the current billing period hasn't ended).

Can I filter users by multiple criteria at once?

Yes, you can combine segment filters, status filters, and the additional options in More Filters to create highly specific user segments for targeted marketing or analysis.
