What is the Products Page?
The Products page is where you create, manage, and track everything you sell in one place. Your subscription plans, bundles, and individually priced content (videos, collections, and live events) live together on a single page, with their performance, pricing, and customers side by side.
From the Products page, you can:
See how your subscriptions, bundles, and content are performing at a glance
Create a new subscription or bundle from one starting point
Price existing videos, collections, and live events, several at a time
Edit, share, and manage your existing products
ℹ️ INFO: The Products page is currently in a limited pilot and is not yet available on all stores. If you don't see it, continue using your Subscriptions and Bundles pages as usual.
Access the Products Page
If the Products page is available for your store, you'll see a Try the new Products page banner on your Subscriptions page. Click Try It Now to switch.
Once you switch, Subscriptions and Bundles are replaced by a single Products entry in your Admin Area navigation.
📝 NOTE: Switching won't change your existing plans, bundles, members, or purchases, and nothing changes for your members. To return to the classic pages, click Revert Back in the banner at the top of the Products page. You can switch back at any time.
Products Page at a Glance
This section walks through what you'll find on the Products page: the revenue overview, the products table, and a tab for each type of product (subscriptions, bundles, and content), including the actions available on each.
Performance Overview
At the top of the page, the Revenue (last 30 days) card shows three tiles:
Subscriptions: subscription revenue and number of subscriptions
Bundle sales: bundle revenue and number of sales
Content sales: revenue and number of sales for individually priced videos, collections, and live events
Select See breakdown to open your Sales Analytics for a detailed view.
Products Table
Below the overview, your products are listed in a table. Use the tabs to switch between All, Subscriptions, Bundles, and Content, or use Search to find a product by name.
Each row shows:
Name: the product name.
For subscription plans, the free trial length appears under the name.
Type: Subscription, Bundle, Collection, Video, or Live event
Status: whether the product is Public or Private
Customers: the number of members or buyers.
Click the number to view them.
Price: the product's price.
For subscriptions, the billing period is shown with the price.
If a video or collection can be both bought and rented, both prices are shown; for example, $100.00 & $20.00 for 2 days.
💡 TIP: Click any product in the table to open and edit it.

What's Managed Elsewhere
Group Subscriptions are managed from their own Groups page.
Creating videos, collections, and live events happens under Content. Once they exist, you can price them from the Products page or from their own pages.
To set prices on content you've already created, see Price Existing Content below.

Create a New Product
All new products start from the New Product page. To open it:
Navigate to Products
Click New Product
The page has two sections:
Create something new: build a new subscription or bundle
Price existing content: choose videos, collections, or live events you've already created and set how people access them
Create Something New
Under Create something new, choose what you want to create:
Subscription: sell recurring access to your growing library
Bundle: combine existing videos, events, and collections into one product
Create a Subscription
The subscription form shows your plan's content in the middle of the page and pricing on the right.
🔗 Learn more about each setting in Subscriptions: Complete Guide
On the new Product page, click New Product
Select Subscription
Fill in the form:
Plan details: name, description, and image (recommended size: 995×560px)
Billing details: billing period and price
Extra features: free trial and pausing
Marketing: Reduce Cancellation Churn settings
Visibility: Public (shown at checkout for all visitors) or Private (only accessible through a direct link)

Click Save
💡 TIP: Stores in the Pay What You Want pilot can also let members choose what they pay for a web subscription plan.

Create a Bundle
Bundles use a single form. Instead of choosing a bundle type first, you decide how the bundle is offered in the Price section.
🔗 Learn more about each setting in Bundles: Complete Guide
On the new Product page
Click New Product and select Bundle
Fill in the form:
Bundle details: name, description (shown at checkout), and image (recommended size: 995×560px)
Price: Paid to sell it, rent it, or both (turn on Offer as a rental to add a rental option), or Free so customers only need an account to get access
Visibility: Public (shown at checkout for all visitors) or Private (only accessible through a direct link)
Content: the videos, live events, and collections included in the bundle
Select Preview to check how it looks, then click Save
📝 NOTE: Paid or Free is set when you create the bundle and can't be changed afterward. Free bundles work the same way Freebie bundles did at checkout, including the consent checkbox.
Price Existing Content
Under Price existing content, choose the type of content you want to price:
Collections: pick from existing collections and set how people access them
Video: pick from existing videos and set how people access them
Live event: pick from existing live events and set how people access them
You can price one item on its own, or up to 25 items together with the same pricing.
Navigate to Products
Click New Product
Under Price existing content, choose Collections, Video, or Live event. A window opens so you can choose the content first.
Choose one or more items:
Use Search to find items by name, or the All categories dropdown to filter by category
Click Select All to choose everything currently listed
Each row shows its current price, or Free. A row with no badge has no price yet.
If the content doesn't exist yet, use the Create new link at the bottom of the window (for example, Create new video)
Click Set price
Choose how people access the selection:
Paid: turn on Buy once (one payment, own forever), Rent (temporary access), or both. For Rent, enter the rental price, currency, and how many days of access it includes.
Free: choose Open for all so anyone can watch without payment
Review the list. Each row previews its new price, with any old price crossed out beside it. Nothing changes until you click Save.
To add more items before you save, click Add videos or Add collections (the label matches the type you chose). Your settings stay in place.
📝 NOTE: If any selected items already have pricing, a banner shows how many. Saving replaces their current access settings with what you've chosen.
Manage Existing Products
Manage Existing Products
Edit a Product
Navigate to Products
Select the Subscriptions, Bundles, or Content tab, or stay on All
Click the product you want to edit, or open its menu (the three dots) and select Edit
Make your changes and save them
Plans and bundles created before you switched open with their current settings. No setup is needed.
ℹ️ INFO: To change the pricing on several videos, collections, or live events at once, use Price Existing Content again. Selecting items that already have pricing replaces their current access settings with what you choose.
Share a Product Link
To share a product directly, especially a Private one, open its menu on the Products page and select Copy link. This works for subscriptions, bundles, videos, collections, and live events. Share the copied link with the customers you want to reach.
💡 TIP: Use a Private bundle with a shared link to create special offers for specific groups, such as event attendees or past customers.
Delete a Product
Subscriptions and bundles can be deleted from the Products page. Videos, collections, and live events can't be deleted here. To take one off your storefront, see Unpublish Content below.
Navigate to Products
Find the subscription or bundle you want to delete and select Delete
Review the confirmation message:
If the product has no members or buyers: You'll lose any setup or changes you've made.
If a plan has members: Members subscribed to this plan will immediately lose access.
If a bundle has buyers: Members who purchased this bundle will immediately lose access.
If the product has members or buyers, check the confirmation box, then confirm
⚠️ WARNING: Deleting a product is permanent and instantly revokes access. Members subscribed to a plan, or customers who purchased a bundle, will immediately lose access. Consider setting the product to Private instead.
Unpublish Content
Unpublishing takes a video or collection off your storefront without deleting it.
Navigate to Products
Select the Content tab
Open the menu on the video or collection and select Unpublish
Review the confirmation message, then confirm
To make it available again, open the menu on the unpublished item and select Publish. The item keeps its pricing, so publishing it again sells it at the same price.
Live events don't have an Unpublish option on the Products page.
📝 NOTE: Unpublishing removes the item from your Catalog and instantly removes access for members who already bought it.
