What is the Products Page?
The Products page is where you create, manage, and track everything you sell in one place. Your subscription plans and bundles live together on a single page, with their performance, pricing, and customers side by side.
From the Products page, you can:
See how your subscriptions and bundles are performing at a glance
Create a new subscription or bundle from one starting point
Edit, share, and delete your existing products
ℹ️ INFO: The Products page is currently in a limited pilot and is not yet available on all stores. If you don't see it, continue using your Subscriptions and Bundles pages as usual.
Access the Products Page
If the Products page is available for your store, you'll see a Try the new Products page banner on your Subscriptions page. Click Try It Now to switch.
Once you switch, Subscriptions and Bundles are replaced by a single Products entry in your Admin Area navigation.
📝 NOTE: Switching doesn't change your existing plans, bundles, members, or purchases, and nothing changes for your members. To return to the classic pages, click Revert Back in the banner at the top of the Products page. You can switch back at any time.
Products Page at a Glance
Performance Overview
At the top of the page, summary cards show how your products are performing:
Subscriptions: subscription revenue and number of subscriptions
Bundle sales: bundle revenue and number of sales
The page also shows your net revenue for the last 30 days.
Select See breakdown to open your Sales Analytics for a detailed view.
Products Table
Below the overview, your products are listed in a table, organized by tab (All, Subscriptions, and Bundles). Each row shows:
Name: the product name
Status: whether the product is Public or Private
Trial: the free trial length configured for the plan (subscriptions only)
Content: how many items are included in the product
Customers: the number of members or buyers. Select the number to view them.
Price: the product's price. For subscriptions, the billing period is shown with the price.
Click any product in the table to open and edit it.
What's Managed Elsewhere
Group Subscriptions are managed from their own Groups page.
Videos, collections, and live events are still priced from their own pages under Content.

Create a New Product
All new products start from the New product page.
Navigate to Products
Click New Product
Under Create something new, choose what you want to create:
Subscription: sell recurring access to your growing library
Bundle: combine existing videos and collections into one product
Create a Subscription
The subscription form shows your plan's content in the middle of the page and pricing on the right.

On the new Product page,
Click New Product and select Subscription
Fill in the form:
Plan details: name, description, and image (recommended size: 995×560px)
Billing details: billing period and price
Extra features: free trial and pausing
Marketing: Reduce Cancellation Churn settings
Visibility: Public (shown at checkout for all visitors) or Private (only accessible through a direct link)
Content: the videos, collections, and live events included in the plan
Click Save

Create a Bundle
Bundles use a single form. Instead of choosing a bundle type first, you decide how the bundle is offered in the Price section.

On the new Product page
Click New Product and select Bundle
Fill in the form:
Bundle details: name, description (shown at checkout), and image (recommended size: 995×560px)
Price: Paid to sell it, rent it, or both (turn on Offer as a rental to add a rental option), or Free so customers only need an account to get access
Visibility: Public (shown at checkout for all visitors) or Private (only accessible through a direct link)
Content: the videos and collections included in the bundle
Select Preview to check how it looks, then click Save
📝 NOTE: Paid or Free is set when you create the bundle and can't be changed afterward. Free bundles work the same way Freebie bundles did at checkout, including the consent checkbox.
Manage Existing Products
Edit a Product
Navigate to Products
Select the Subscriptions or Bundles tab
Click the product you want to edit
Make your changes and click Save
Plans and bundles created before you switched open with their current settings. No setup is needed.
Share a Product Link
To share a product directly, especially a Private one, open the product and select Copy link. Share the copied link with the customers you want to reach.
💡 TIP: Use a Private bundle with a shared link to create special offers for specific groups, such as event attendees or past customers.
Delete a Product
Navigate to Products
Find the product you want to delete and select Delete
Review the confirmation message:
If the product has no members or buyers: You'll lose any setup or changes you've made.
If a plan has members: Members subscribed to this plan will immediately lose access.
If a bundle has buyers: Members who purchased this bundle will immediately lose access.
If the product has members or buyers, check the confirmation box, then confirm
⚠️ WARNING: Deleting a product is permanent and instantly revokes access. Members subscribed to a plan, or customers who purchased a bundle, will immediately lose access. Consider setting the product to Private instead.
FAQs
Does the Products page change anything for my members or customers?
Does the Products page change anything for my members or customers?
No. The Products page only changes how you manage products in your Admin Area. Checkout and access for your customers stay the same.
Can I go back to the classic Subscriptions and Bundles pages?

Yes. Click Revert Back in the banner at the top of the Products page at any time. Your plans and bundles stay exactly as they are.

Bundles now use one form. Instead of picking Fixed Price, Rental, or Freebie first, you choose Paid or Free in the Price section. For paid bundles, turn on Offer as a rental to offer rentals.
