The Embeddable Email Capture tool lets you collect leads directly on any website you are able to update, including your blog, marketing site, or any landing page built outside of Uscreen, anywhere.

Just create a form, customize it to match your brand, and embed it wherever your audience already is.

Why Capture Leads?

  • Understand Your Audience: Identify visitors who are interested enough in your offerings to provide their contact information.

Creating an Email Capture Form

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Email Capture

  2. Click Create Email Capture

    • Give your form a name for your own reference

    • Select any Tags that you would like to associate with leads captured from this form

  3. Customize your form

    • Headline: The main message displayed on your form (e.g., "Stay in the loop")

    • Subheadline: Supporting copy that gives visitors a reason to sign up.

    • Thank You Message: What subscribers see after submitting their email.

    • Styles: Adjust colors, fonts, and button styling to match your brand.

  4. Click Save Changes

Customizing Your Form

There are 3 primary sections you may want to customize for your email capture form.

Signup Form

This is what users will see before they sign up for your list.

Change the headline and subheadline to explain what kind of content the user will expect to receive by signing up.

Success Message

This is what users will see when they have successfully joined your list.

Change the fonts, size, color, and alignment of your form by changing the options available here.

Embedding the Form on Your Web Page

Once your form is created, you will need to copy the embed code and place it on your website.

  1. Click Get Embed Code

  2. Click Copy Code

  3. Paste it into the HTML of the page where you'd like the form to appear.

  4. Publish or save your page. The form will render live for your visitors.

๐Ÿ’ก TIP: Most website builders (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, etc.) have an "HTML" or "Custom Code" block where you can paste the embed code without touching any files directly.


Managing Captured Leads

All leads captured through your forms are stored in Uscreen alongside your other members and subscribers.

To view your leads:

  1. Navigate to People

  2. Filter by the Tags that you applied to your form

  3. Filter by Lead Source (Email Capture)

What happens when someone submits the embeddable form?

Submitting the form creates a user account with "Lead" status. The person will not receive the default welcome email automatically. You should set up an Automation targeting New Leads to nurture these members into paying subscribers.
