The video player has two main layouts for collections: Sidebar and Thumbnails.
The settings for your layout depend on when you created your store. If your store was created prior to April of 2023 please follow process 1. If your store was created after April 2023, please follow process 2.
Process 1
Navigate to Website > Preferences and scroll down to the Playlist position. You can choose between the Sidebar or Below player (thumbnails). Select your preferred view and click Save.
Process 2
Navigate to Website and then click Customize and select Playlist in the left-hand sidebar. You can then select the layout option you like best.
NOTE: You should upload a video to preview how the playlist will appear.

Within the Thumbnail view, there are two different layouts. If you haven't added dividers within your videos, all of the videos will display like the first example; however, if you have added dividers, the videos will be organized under each divider, and appear as the second example.
